bought a 2013 malibu, barney the salesman went above and beyond to trade with another dealer to get us the color and model we wanted, and was able to get more from my trade in than the other place I went. he didnt push anything on us, but showed us a product to protect the paint and interior of the car that no other places even mentioned. they took care of the financing, which saved me a trip to my bank. first time ever buying a brand new car, and kriegers too the fear out of the process and made me feel like i didnt have to worry about anything. I brought my 2005 Pontiac Bonneville to Kriegers in Dewitt because I had a noise coming from my front tire. Come to find out, I had an issue that could have been related to the brake pads, or the rotors. Service manager, Tony Bowstead, called me and went over the options I had. He felt it was better to start with the brake pads, as this was the less expensive option. I appreciate him not wanting to dive into the rotors because that would be more money for his shop. They changed my brake pads, and Tony showed me my pads, and how they had failed. Again, I appreciate him giving me the "proof" that I needed them replaced. I love everyone at Kriegers, and that is the only place I trust my car to be worked on. On Monday April 29 at 7:30 AM I brought my 2004 Buick LeSabre ,which was losing a lot of coolant, to Krieger's DeWitt Service Dept for repair. This was an unscheduled non-warranty job. I was happy to find out that that the repair required the replacement of two small by-pass pipes and NOT the water pump.Really appreciated getting my wheels back in the PM of that same day. We purchased a 2013 Chevrolet Equinox LTZ and so far 2 days love it. The only thing I wish I could replace my seat (passenger) with a bench type seat. This is because I am quite short and the bucket seat makes it rather difficult to get in and out of the car.
